Returns & Exchanges
Due to the Crafted to Order nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or preference changes.
Exchanges are accepted, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you require a different size, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order to request an exchange.
If your requested exchange size is unavailable, please contact us and our team will advise you on the available options.
If you believe your item has arrived faulty or incorrect, please contact us at oraworlduk@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Each case will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.
ORA reserves the right to refuse exchanges where items are returned worn, washed, damaged, altered, marked, or otherwise not in their original condition.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
