Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oraworlduk@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Each case will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, a replacement or resolution will be provided.
