Your piece enters production only once your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for your order to be crafted before dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please note that dispatch dates are estimates and may be subject to slight changes. Should there be any significant updates regarding your order, we will notify you via email.

Each ORA piece enters production once your order is confirmed.
This means your selected pieces are produced specifically against confirmed orders, rather than held as mass-produced inventory.
Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for your order to be produced, quality checked and prepared for dispatch.
When will my order be dispatched?
Crafted-to-order pieces are estimated to dispatch within 2–5 weeks of your order being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking details via email.
Why does ORA use a Crafted to Order model?
ORA creates in considered quantities, with a focus on quality, intention and an elevated finish.
Our Crafted to Order model allows us to produce in response to confirmed demand rather than unnecessary excess, while maintaining the standard expected of every ORA piece.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Should you need to amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
As your piece enters the production process following order confirmation, we may be unable to guarantee changes after this period.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will automatically receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
