Selected ORA pieces are released on a Crafted to Order basis, with production beginning following each release period.

Selected ORA pieces are produced in considered quantities following each release period, allowing us to produce in response to confirmed demand rather than holding large quantities of excess inventory.
The estimated dispatch date for each Crafted to Order release will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page when you place your order.

Our Crafted to Order model allows us to produce in response to confirmed demand rather than unnecessary excess, while maintaining the standard expected of every ORA piece.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Should you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
Once your order has entered processing or production, we may be unable to accommodate amendments.
Your statutory cancellation and return rights are unaffected.

Yes. You will automatically receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
