PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

- United Kingdom: FREE – 5–10 business days

- Europe (EU, Norway, Switzerland): £12.95 – 7–12 business days

- USA & Canada: £11.95 – 7–12 business days

- Australia & New Zealand: £13.95 – 8–14 business days

- Other countries: shown at checkout where available

TRACKING

Every order is fully tracked. Track your order any time using the link in your shipping email, or via Track Your Order at the bottom of our website.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, customs checks or carrier delays. If there's ever a delay with your order, we'll let you know.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at oraworlduk@gmail.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at oraworlduk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
